About the award program

Paradigm Precision has initiated an annual company-wide award program to recognize an employee who exhibits the character and performance traits, exemplified by Brian Rowe. The award recipient will receive  $5,000 USD.  A runner-up will also be selected.  The runner-up will receive $2,500 USD.

How to nominate

Contact your facility’s HR representative for a nomination form. Forms are to be completed, along with narrative supporting the criteria, and submitted to HR by July 1.

•Creative solutions to business related problems
•Demonstrated leadership on any given critical task and assignment
•Extraordinary effort in support of customer requirements

Who is Brian Rowe?

For more than 20 years, Brian Rowe was the CEO of GE Aircraft Engines. He was the driving force behind the development and manufacture of the CFM56 and GE90 engines. He retired from GE in 1993. He co-founded Aero Equity, Inc. and was a member of the TurboCombustor Technology Board of Directors. He passed away in 2007.
