Brian Rowe Memorial Award for Excellence

Paradigm Precision initiated an annual company-wide award program to recognize an employee who exhibits the character and performance traits, exemplified by Brian Rowe. The award recipient received a monetary amount.

Who was Brian Rowe?
For more than 20 years, Brian Rowe was the CEO of GE Aircraft Engines. He was the driving force behind the development and manufacture of the CFM56 and GE90 engines.

This year the winner of our Brian Rowe award is George Kownacki! George was nominated for his creative solutions in making a foot actuated riveter which makes for a “hands free” operation for the JSF liner cell. Formerly this was a two person job now freeing someone else to work on other aspects of the JSF liner.
